Welcome to my personal website! My name is Vivianna Fang He. I was born and raised in China; educated in Singapore, the US, and Switzerland. My Chinese name (何方) means “where” in ancient poems—perhaps this is the origin of my inclination to explore.

I am an Associate professor at the School of Management, University College London (UCL). Prior to joining UCL, I co-founded Institute of Responsible Innovation, an interdisciplinary research centre focusing on leveraging innovative technologies and organisational forms for societal impact.
